This is our 2nd home purchase with Waterstone Mortage within the last 5 years. Corey Johnson and his team made it possible and effortless even during this crazy buying frenzy. We closed in less than 30 days (which made the deal very attractive to the seller) and without paying over appraised value! It’s all about the personalized service that made the difference for us. Jennifer is amazing. She went above and beyond several time to make sure that we got our home. She always answered all my questions in a timely manor and gave me strait forward answers. Our situation is a bit odd and many people didn't want to help us. Jennifer didn't even bat an eye and just got to work to make it happen. We closed on time with no hiccups what else can you ask for!! Thanks Jennifer!!
