Excellent experience. Thanks to Prasad and Sheryl! They were absolutely awesome. Extremely competitive and gave me a great overall mortgage offer and not just that they closed my loan in less than 14 days which is unheard of. More than anything they were available whenever you called them whereas some other lenders wouldn't even respond. Highly recommend them!

Horrible experience with my transaction with Certy's. The lender they lined up for my loan was never able to approve me regardless of all the evidence provided. The cost on my closing disclosure was about double the estimate I was initially given and to crown their incompetence, they didn't have the courtesy to communicate with me I couldn't close, on the day of my closing . Absolutely PATHETIC experience. If there's a lower rate than 1, that's what they deserve!
