      My wife and I tried using another mortgage broker prior to Saopon Cha. What a waste of time! Had we been referred to CHA Mortgage earlier we would've saved considerable effort and frustration. Simply put, Saopon and CHA Mortgage very quickly accomplished a combined refi of both our primary and rental properties; and with my wife being self-employed! I can't recommend CHA Mortgage highly enough.

      I highly recommend CHA Mortgage!! Saopon Cha is truly the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and has many years of experience, which is evident in how she approaches and navigates the loan process. CHA Mortgage is a fantastic company that clearly puts people first. I have never had the same type of experience I had with Saopon Cha - she took the time to interact with me throughout our loan process, ensuring I was aware of the progress of our loan and answering all of my questions. Her level of customer service is unmatched. I plan to recommend CHA Mortgage to all of my friends and family - I am excited for them to have the same great experience that I had!
