  Awesome experience getting an auto loan through SELCO. I worked with Autumn over the course of a few days to secure a loan that worked for me. Really great communicator and listener, easy going, nice presence on the phone— great at her job. Seamless process. Thanks again!

  We bought a vehicle from a dealership in January. They offered a decent loan rate through Selco Credit Union. We hadn't ever heard of this credit union but the rate was okay so we went with it. We were required to sign up for autopay which wasn't a problem with us. Nothing more was required. Today we received a notice that a $200.00 fee was added to our loan amount because we were receiving a statement by mail. The letter said either sign up for online contact or pay the fee. Absolutely unacceptable to force us to go online and by holding us hostage with our loan. Absolutely ridiculous. I attempted to contact their office 3 times today sitting on hold over 35 minutes each time listening to their recording offering me a job opportunity. I wouldn't work for a company that treats their customers that way for any amount of money. Finally got a hold of a guy who said I had to go online to agree to the terms or pay the fee. I told him I planned on dumping their credit union ASAP and would be sharing what an amazing experience - not- we had with their company. Needless to say I immediately went online to our local credit union to start the process to transfer our loan, receive $300.00 in cash, and match our loan rate. So soon Selco Credit Union will be kicked to the curb along with $200. 00 fee and the bullying.

  Never able to call Selco.Number not listed for Google. I never get my secret ID correct. Will transfer money to cooperative institutions.
