  Chad was excellent to work with. I was a first time home buyer and he was patient and thorough in walking me through the process and different options. I appreciated his responsiveness and helpful team. I worked with another lender, outside of DK Mortgage, for the first part of my home buying process and can easily say that my experience with Chad was much better. Buying/refinancing a home is a big deal, and Chad was able to treat it as such. I will definitely refer any friends and family his way and would not hesitate to go with him for future needs.
