      We have never seen a more incompetent professional than Mr. Josh Polk. He never bothered to answer any of our questions in-spite of reaching out multiple times. Eventually, we had to close our home without having our questions answered. Pulte mortgage really needs to start hiring people who know how to do their job. It was a pain dealing with Pulte mortgage overall and we hope we never have to do it again.

      I normally wouldn't write a review, however this is the worst company to work with. They don't even know how to do their job. Mo and Heidi we worked with and they didn't respond to emails and they didn't even know what documents to ask for. Completely unprofessional, started to argue with us on our documentation, Horrible company, horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. GO TO ANY OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.
