      we went at the office in phoenix every month for to.pay our car loan for 2 years and half never had an issue with them . the peoples who works here were always great .if we need an other car we will work with them again .

      Horrible place. They knowingly work with car dealerships which sold me a vehicle where the check engine light came on in the 1st 2 weeks driving it. Then when I make my 1st payment I explain all the issues I'm having they tell me if I'm not happy AFTER I have to fix the issue to let them know, so when I do they say "oh well you bought a used vehicle" and suggese for me to call the dealer, when I'd already told them the dealership refused to fix it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!

      This is the worst company that I ever financed through they just automatically put insurance that I didn't need they contact my insurance people and demanded full coverage to be put on there the insurance is not even from the state of Arizona of Phoenix is all the way from California the insurance cost way more than my car note like this is ridiculous customer service is really rude
