      Always nice. They remember who I am. Never had any issues. Their website never works for me tho. But the people who work their are great

      Withdrew $200.00 from atm. No account so paid $3.00 fee. ATM gave me $20's took them inside to exchange for (2) $100.00 bills. Clashier acted like it was a complicated action to perform. $200.00 for $200.00 tada and done. Right? No! She then proceeded to ask if I had an account. Explained that all I wanted was to exchange the money I withdrew from the ATM. Again deer in the headlight look! She then proceeded to ask other employees about the account business (speaking loudly, since one was across the lobby). All around handled very unprofessionally. Left discusseded. I can serve my country for 20 years but I can't do a simple equal exchange! Already paid $3.00 fee (at ATM) so I should have been able to get my money the way I wanted it. Left knowing I will NEVER do business with this bank again.
