We've used Farmer's bank for well over 11 years now. They're always friendly, fast, and courteous. Their business practices are the best I've dealt with. If you accidentally overdraw and don't get the money in until the next day, they don't charge an overdraft for it. Where as with other companies, they would overdraft if you withdrew money the same day you put your check in.
