  I cannot express how amazing it was to work with Timothy Nguyen. He was so professional and had such a great attitude about the process, he explained things to me with great detail so I understood exactly what was going on every step of the way. I would recommend working with him to anybody and everyone, I would tell my grandma that she needs to work with him if she was going through the process. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with. He made sure we understood every single thing we signed, how all of the rates worked. Anything and everything we could possibly have questions about he took the time to make sure that we got it. I don't see how there could be anybody better at their job than he is at his, thank you so much Timothy for making this extremely stressful process so easy for me and my family.

  Underwriting is slow and disorganized. They do not have the ability to close on time. However, my loan officer Gary... is great, sharp, timely, and has always treated my clients well. But as soon as he hands the file to the underwriting department, the wheels fall off the closing bus!!! He needs to go to another company that knows how to close on time!
