      This company is terrible. Andrea Ruiz told us we were in "good hands" and was very attentive to our loan UNTIL we paid the $795 appraisal fee. At that point, it was impossible to get a response from her, even though we texted, called her direct line, and emailed her multiple times. We called the office 800 number and it was not in service. When we did actually talk to her one time (June 17) her excuse for the stonewalling was some lame thing about the appraiser had not gotten her all the documents she needed to close the loan. I don't think Oceans Mortgage is in the loan business, I think the are in the rip off senior citizens for $795 and then move on business.
