      Lillian helped us with our preapproval letter. We were a little over whelmed with all the documents and files being transferred. Lilian would call and guide us on the documents that are still required for the pre approval letter. We got our pre-approval letter within a week or two after submitting our documents.

      While Jeff Becker of Change Home Mortgage seems like a nice person, he is not at all organized and is a poor communicator. When he photocopied all our material and presented it to him in an organized manner, it was returned to us in a disheveled manner. We were not offered any explanation or any updates on the conditions of our loan. At one point, we thought we were dealing with fraudulent issues with payments of our debt where in fact it was related to the loan. In regards to our 1031 Exchange, he and the staff at IPX 1031 should have been in good communication with each other given things are very time sensitive. Instead very, very poor communication regarding our case occurred which in the end caused a lot of confusion, stress, and tax penalties for us ☹️
