  Alex Alexander !! The name says it all !! She comes with a wealth of knowledge and is so welcoming with questions and concerns. Never once did she make my partner and I feel like we were pestering her. She was able to speak with my Father-In-Law and explain the wiring process thoroughly. She has walked us through the home buying process and made us comfortable with transitioning into our new home. Our realtor Marek Gottesman and our broker Graciela Gottesman speak highly of Alex as well. She is God sent and possesses the professionalism that’s is lacking in today’s service industry! To whom this may reach and or concern , Alex Alexander is forever imbedded in our life. The review is a mere and minor reference to how grateful we are to have found her on a whim and a prayer !! Thank You Summitt Lending for having such an awesome Loan Officer under your umbrella of stellar employees ! Katie Jefferson was also an intricate part of this process as well. She made sure our paperwork and required docs were signed and submitted properly and efficiently! We are thankful and grateful again for this pair of women who have been nothing but professionals during our 1 month journey in purchasing a home! That’s right 1 month! Impressive across the board !   Alex Alexander was the most knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and empathetic loan officer. She made me as well as my husband feel very supported throughout this very complex process. As first time homebuyers, we had so many questions, concerns and fears, Alex was able to demystify the home buying process and allay our fears.   Dominic and his team were a deciding factor in my wife and I getting our first offer accepted in a competitive Berkeley market. While other agents suggested risky loan options with variable interest rates, Dominic guided us through the process and recommended the best option with regards to timing and risk. We were bouncing between purchasing a home in the east bay and in the suburbs and he was kind enough to crunch the numbers so we knew exactly what our costs would be based on each location. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dominic and his team to anyone interested in buying a home in the east bay or nearby. Local lender representation matters in this market and Dominic is the best.
