      Terrible experience. Three months of agony, at the end we had to settle for a higher interest rate and more points. Loan closed on the of 5th November, still have not received closing documents. Appraiser appraised our property very low, than after weeks of not getting any responses, refused to see why it was so low. Of course, interest went up and needed to charge points.
