  During the past 7 months, we have worked closely with Natalie Fallbach at Change Mortgage to qualify for and secure our new home. This is a very difficult housing market and throughout all of the stops and starts, Natalie was amazing. She was not only extremely professional and efficient, but she was also personable. She was rooting for us and working hard to make sure that we secured the right property. We are truly grateful to her and the entire Change Mortgage team for helping us in this process! Excellent service!!!

  The mortgage adviser I worked with was Denise Beswick. In the past 25 years I've worked with some not-so-great loan officers and one excellent one, in a different state. Denise is the best mortgage adviser I have ever worked with, bar none. She's not only highly efficient, she was patient and clear in explaining what was going on and kept me updated at every step of the way. I got in touch with Denise for the first time about two years ago, because I knew that I would eventually be buying an investment property in Santa Fe, even though I wasn't ready at the time. Denise has always been personable and has made me feel that my business would be valued, and she has been happy to talk to me about available products, rates etc. at various points along the way. I could not be happier, and when I purchase a personal residence in Santa Fe in the next few years, I will be working with Denise, whatever company she is with.
