      Our experience with Channing Lester as well as Barett Financial was was 1st class. Channing was responsive to our concerns at every step of the refinance process and his ability to research the best mortgage package is where Channing raises the bar. He hands down blew other brokerage companies in the area out of the water and could beat competitors at every turn. Channing comes to you with solutions instead of excuses.       I started the refinancing process with another lender, who promised me the moon, but failed miserably to deliver. I should have started with Channing! He was straight forward with what to expect and went above and beyond. The appraisal was a breeze and Channing gave me accurate estimates and even exceeded them at closing. He sent someone to my house, at my convenience, to go over all the final documents and have them notarized. Within a few days my mortgage was fully funded and my monthly payment is down 22%! Don't waste your time with anyone else. Go straight to Channing, he'll take good care of you!!
