  Char Sharp with Castle & Cooke Mortgage was a complete blessing in our lives! We had started the loan process with another company which was horribly frustrating, extremely non-communicative and left my husband and I wondering if we were even meant to buy our home. Because of our negative experience, we decided to switch mortgage companies and discovered it was the best decision ever! It was like the dark clouds parted and the sun came out to shine on us! Char was amazing!!! She took her time explaining everything and was incredibly patient with any question we had. She truly worked on our behalf and made sure we had a positive experience from beginning to end! Communication was constant and I felt at ease to contact her anytime I had a question. What a Godsend! She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to work with! I am so grateful that we were fortunate enough to find her! Without hesitation, I would highly recommend her! She is our #1 choice for any future needs.

  I was almost homeless, and the reason was I trusted the wrong person. My home was seized to pay for another's fraudulent actions. My only recourse was to get a home equity loan sufficient to pay restitution, attorneys, courts costs ,and bankruptcy chargeoffs. Theirs, not mine. My credit had been destroyed, and assets were fast being used to pay attorneys. Char Sharp was truly the light at the end of the tunnel. She helped me restore my credit enough to qualify for a "high interest" home loan. This was the only option other that property auction, which the feds wanted. She worked diligently, and got the loan. She then handled all the money transfer and payouts to the feds and also the attorneys. I was able to retain my house, and have slowly built back my credit to the point I can finally refi and get a real loan. Her dedication to resolving my situation was phenomenal. I would recommend her for any home loan situation. Thank You
