      Jeff Funk the Senior Brooker incharge is one of the most Honest & Elthical man I know, he’s the kinda guy who goes that extra mile and will always put his clients interests infront of his own. Saying I higky Recommend him would be an understatement as I would have him list my own mothers house.

      I find the Owner/Manager to be very shady. Maybe by accident...but he listed a property 38 Park Avenue which had many issues NOT LISTED IN THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT...Cracked foundation, MOLD(note walls newly painted probably covering more mold), and other minor things all in the basement. The home seems like it's a relatives so he was a POA and isn't fully liable for lying. Honest mistake? Nope I called him out on the issues and he played them off as nothing. As if I should not even worry about it. Thank God for inspections!
