I went in on a Friday 18 minutes before closing with a damaged debit card. Crystalle welcomed me with a smile! She made it an easy process for replacement and walked me through what I would need to do on my end. I love PNC, but branches can be hit or miss. They really did a great job taking care of me!

If I leave a review just know this company and the ppl that work here are unprofessional & just straight up rude and ignorant. If your reading this then don’t go & I promise you save a headache. Wouldn’t recommend this bank let alone branch to anyone period.

Sort of unbelievable in this day and age. This is 2021. Been in business for years and can honestly say I've never encountered outright rude unprofessional behavior that comes even close. We requested a payoff on monday/tuesday and it's friday and we need settlement to happen today and I called three times and have been been on hold etc and told there is nothing they can do and/or no one's available. Then.....they hang up on me - on purpose:) Then I called back and Galen told me me it was our fault because we should have asked for the loan payoff prior to 4 days. A loan payoff is either 24 hours or instant. Sort of unbelievable.
