      Very Unresponsive lagged Customer Service. Waited 40 Minutes to speak with a representative due to not being able to log into my account and when I finally got a hold of someone they had no answer about the location of my transferred brokerage funds. I will not recommend this company and will not work with them again. It is a shame, after hearing so many good things about this company I decided to work with them. and within the first week multiple outages. #TRASH
