      Made an appointment with a representative and they could not have been more helpful. It was a wonderful experience. He took his time explained everything, went through statements, and even helped understand another company's paperwork.

      In competent, in personal and no regard for customer service. Deposited two checks, which they lost. Can't get a return call from the local branch and have no idea where the checks are. Do yourself a favor and work with an advisor that cares about you as a person, not a number. They should take some of the money they spend on advertising and sponsoring golf tournaments and put it into training their personnel on customer service. In a nutshell it's their way and if you don't like it too bad!
