      The gentleman at the front desk provided great service. I had applied for a corporate account and missed some fields. He printed out the form and took the time to highlight what I needed to fill out and sign, answered my questions, then sent me off with a postage paid envelope for a separate form I needed.

      Literally the worst customer service ever. Unable to give me a reason that they’re taking over a month to transfer stock, they’re already costing me money and no one seems to be able to tell me why, let alone answer the phone.
