      Schwab has great customer service. And their Streetsmart Edge product would be ok - not greatk-just ok, but alas is so slow and SOOO unreliable on a mac that it is basically unusable. Placing buy and sell orders on their web site is klunky due to the poor design of the site. If you almost NEVER trade, this might be the site for you.

      After years dealing with USAA - I was forced to transfer to Charles Schwab. The customer service is terrible. The paperwork is mountainous. The knowledge of the Customer service representatives is lacking. They charge for transactions you would not expect to be charged for. Yes we are very unhappy with Charles Schwab
