      The staff at the Hagerstown location are remarkable and so informative. We met with TJ for the first time and he explained everything thoroughly. He was so patient with us and recommended other Schwab services that may benefit our needs. Sierra and Brienne were also very polite and assisted in our appointment. Great customer service from the entire team. We needed to visit with Charles Schwab and appreciate the office being open for in person meetings. For Seniors or those with a hearing impairment this is very helpful. We had tried to call toll free over the phone and had a bad experience so we traveled over an hour to this location just to get access to speak with an advisor. Overall we are very pleased and thankful for TJ.
