      I've been investing for 45 years and have worked with 5 different services. Schwab is the best. The website is easy to use and has a lot of research available on it. Also, you can get a "coach" to help you do your own investing at no cost. They also have great paid services like Thomas Partners and Intelligent portfolios. Ask for Craig Thompson or whoever is available.

      After being approved for a brokerage account.. I deposited money. Then told I have bad credit. And I can't use Schwab account. Now money on hold will take 15 or more days to get back. Very frusterating as I watch potential stocks go up. While someone else earns interest on my money.

      James Koenn is so unprofessional, inconsiderate and discourteous! When I met with him, I was in the middle of a sentence and he abruptly got up and said that he had to go! I called the branch manager and as a result we had another meeting planned. He never showed up at the time and place that we had scheduled! I can't believe this person is even employed??? Take my advice - run if he is your Financial Consultant!
