      I have had nothing but the best experience with Charles Schwab, both at this branch and the company as a whole. Every customer service representative that I talked to here at the branch and on the phone has been incredibly kind and helpful and have made sorting out any issues I've had with my brokerage and checking account a breeze. I couldn't recommend this bank more.

      Charles Schwab in Century City really deserves a Zero. I called the Branch manager several weeks ago and left a detailed message for Robert Blunt, the branch manager. He does not even bother to return a call if there is no money for him. I would never give my money to these people to manage, better manage it myself.
