      Totally suck. Opened an “Intelligent” Portfolio, an algorithm based automatic investor, when I asked for a normal self selected SEP IRA, and of course it lost $5000 within a day, and they never paid me back for their error, and instead of undoing the trades they transferred all of their as strategies into the new portfolio so I could eat the fees of their mistake. This after it took them 6 weeks to put the stuff into the right account which I opened a day after learning of their mistake! They refused to freeze the account so it would stop losing money. Beware the “Intelligent” Portfolios, like Wells Fargo, they’re filling quotas. And go to Fidelity. These are a bunch of a-h0les who abide by the Call Center Accountability principle which states that: no one can ever be at fault or to blame if you never speak to the same person twice. Here’s to hoping they’re the next Lehman Bros! REPLY: Don’t think I will. Basically after dealing with the “Intelligent Portfolio” people and the Normal Schwab, I’m left with you guys stealing $5k, me paying all the fees to sell off your terrible investments in order to just get back to my 100% cash holdings so I can start my investment strategy over. Again. Sans the money you thieves stole. Thanks again tho! Really! Let us know when ya need the next bailout!
