      As a high wealth investor I contacted Schwab regarding a US Treasury/ Muni bond investment. Gave specific criteria and exact feedback necessary to place the investment with Schwab. Once in contact with Scott (a self professed bond guru) it went downhill almost immediately. Scott seemed irritated when asked to explain data he provided. He had a hard time accepting the fact I asked for more detailed information. After explaining I must be challenged he hung up. INVEST ELSEWHERE!
