      Bank loses checks (this branch specifically), horrible customer service, staff discusses confidential client info with other clients. Highly recommend OZK instead.

      Horrible service at this branch. Too Few employees who are knowledgeable in proper 5/3 Bank protocol. Seems to be a Rapid turnover of managers. Simple procedure turned from a 30 min process into a 5 month ordeal. Oh, and did I mention they “misplaced” documents including a $20,000. Check and numerous locations with improper functioning atm’s. At first understanding and patient has now turned into Frustrated and angry.
