      Poor customer service from this branch including the management team and staff. Very unprofessional service, never answer telephone during Business Hours, entitled arrogant Financial Consultants one of the worst Schwab Branches I've visited and worked with in the entire Bay Area. Eli Pao, is an incompetent manager of the branch due to inadequate training and managerial overview with regards to his staff particularly financial consultants. Highly recommend Los Gatos or San Jose Branch, one of the Financial Consultants Neil Fenning is improperly trained and lack a technical finance background as his profile states an educational background in Geology not Finance. Upper-Division Schwab Managers and VP's should be notified of the incompetence and lackluster performance from it's advisors/consultants.
