  Charlie is an amazing mortgage lender who is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He genuinely cares about each client he works with and will go above and beyond to help. Some loans are easier/harder than others, but regardless of the situation, Charlie will help his clients find a way to the finish line. If you want your lender to have your best interest and you want to feel like you got the best loan you could, go with Charlie.   My husband and I started this process with another lender with a pre approval he was out of state, it was a battle to communicate with him, and just didnt feel comfortable with him. Our realtor referred us to Charlie. It took about a week of talking and reading Charlie's reviews (which are all accurate). Charlie was completely honest about everything from the first time we talked to him. He even told us that he would not have already given us pre approval. He told us what to do to even apply for the loan we did it quickly. We were working on a tight schedule already and then changed lenders right in the middle of everything. We closed today on our dream home and it is all thanks to Charlie and our realtor. Charlie made this process EASY. He responds within minutes, he got us closed at the original projected closing date, he is completely up front and honest, he is just wonderful to work with. I will only use him in future purchases and will highly recommend him to any one looking for a home loan lender.
