      I have to post about how amazing my service was with Carrie! She was the nicest person I’ve ever met and extremely professional! She took time out of her day to help me, and I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service! This location is extremely lucky to have her, because she is an absolute asset to have! I can’t rave enough about her. I’m so lucky to have gotten her as my banker while opening a business account, and I will ask for her every single time!

      VANESSA AT THIS LOCATION IS VERY RUDE AND MEAN , SHE TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE A BURDEN TO HER ! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED . SHE JUST STARES AT YOU WITH DIRTY LOOKS, SHAKES HER HEAD AT YOU AND WALKS AWAY FROM YOU WHILE YOUR TALKING!!! THEN SHE WILL GO OUT OF HER WAY YO MAKE YOU STAND THERE AND NOT GIVE YOU YOUR ID AND CARDS BACK !This bank also does not answer the phone ! Need help , sorry about your luck . Guess I’ll be closing these accounts for a bank that can answer the phone AND TREATS PEOPLE RIGHT !!!!!

      Would be nice if they answered their phones. Tried calling on a Saturday morning, no answer. We also bank with USBank & will consider transferring ALL of our $$ to USBank because service at this Huntington branch is awful. Wait time inside is often too long. Customer service is slipping here.
