  I love this location and the fact it has one of the best people you could have in your corner, Lindy is all that Plus more. She is very attentive, Understanding and her willingness to help is just a blessing. She loves her job and it shows. I also had Wendy R. help me with my list of things that I needed/ wanted. It is just a Blessing to have CMCU on your side. It's more than just a bank, Its Family . Thank You

  This is by far the worst bank I have ever been involved with. Fraudulent activity took place on my account and had over $2000 stolen out of my account. Filed police report, filled out everything I needed to fill out to prove fraud. After being with bank for years not only did they not help me no one communicated with me at all as far as any decision being made. Seems like everybody tried to sweep it all under the rug. Very unprofessional this was the last straw for me. I advise people to never open an account with Charlotte metro EVER. It will save you a lot of stress in the long run. You have been warned

Letters have been sent to the address on file with additional information regarding the status of the account. Our recommendation is to contact our attorney to determine a resolution.
