  Love Johnston Charter Bank!! Been doing business with them for 10+ years and everyone is great. However KAYLA IS AMAZING. Always nice courteous and super cool. They are very prompt and professional. Quick to resolve issues and very helpful. Great bank with even better staff!

  I cannot say a single good thing about my experience here. I went today to cash a $5k check and they told me since I only had a smaller amount of cash in my account they wouldn’t cash it? It’s a State Farm check so I’m very confused. I had all correctly endorsed signatures. So I said I would put it into my account and they said “okay we can do that I guess but we will put a hold on your account” i I’m not sure if it’s because of my age or race but it was simply unprofessional. The only reason I do not have a larger amount of money on that account is because my mobile app won’t work, as well as my debt card still has not arrived (4weeks later) why would I put money into a checking account that I cannot use. I strongly discourage anyone to use this bank. There’s many other great banks that go out of their way to make their customer experience wonderful. However this bank will do no such thing. I’d encourage people to use bank of the west

  Couldn't imagine a worse bank to deal with who couldn't care less about the public they serve. After 15 years of dealing with them I'm happy to be rid of their lies.
