Do not recommend trying to get a car loan from this credit union. They do not pre approve you so you have to find a car and get the VIN in order for them to run it. Then they take several days to process it. They didn’t even call me I had to call them after 3 days to find out. If you are declined they don’t give you a reason in person or over the phone they send you a letter in the mail. Not sure why anywhere else can do this all in the same day. They definitely waste a lot of your time. My daughter’s Credit Union was able to pre-approve without a VIN and I was able to get my loan with in a day. Terrible customer service.

Nothing like getting locked out of your account when trying to make sure no one has made a false purchase with my card. Then I was not able to access anyone on the help line because of ‘Columbus day hours’. So now I’ll be locked out of my account for a whole day when it looks like someone is trying to hack into my account.
