  The tellers are pleasant but that's about the only positive I have to share. Each of their departments run independently of each other so they don't seam to update together if you have to update or make changes to your account information. This wasn't a big issue until my card got flagged by the fraud department and deactivated right before I tried to use it in line to pay for my groceries. ( This has happened to me twice now) I'm not certain they even called to let me know but I did find out that my old phone number still on file instead of the new one. I have called several times to "updste" this info, and even tried to fix it myself using the app, but still it hasn't been corrected. Also, plan to wait a minimum of 30 minutes any time you have to call. I elected for a call back instead of continuing to wait after 30 minutes on hold, just to be called back and placed on another 15 minute hold. I did speak with a supervisor who sounded rather indifferent about the situation and I didn't really get the impression that I am valued as a customer.
