  I wish that Chase was a better bank. I established two business accounts at two different branches and they were setup with different addresses and features. There is either inconsistency or laziness at play. Then a few weeks ago, I identified a potential scam on my account when small debits and credits were made without me authorizing. I called and informed Chase but two days later Chase allowed the scammers to withdraw money from the same account. Chase fraud services said they made a note on the account after the first call. We see how useful that practice is. I'm definitely looking for a better option but doing so with extreme caution now that I have had this experience with a so called industry leader. At this location I have seen the disappointment of bad employees at play when I actually had a teller who couldn't count money properly. I understand that the pool of candidates is small so is this the future of banking?
