      I just wanted to write quick note as a "shout out" about the service Charles Sacco gave me today at the West 4th Street branch. I had to get a transaction done in person with a business banker, he was the only one in the branch and was already on another project. He went out of his way to help me and double tasked to make sure I was out in time to take my shift with my children before my wife left for work. Without his help I would not have been able to get this done till Wednesday and he put me at ease before one of our only family vacations of the year. This is not the first time he has gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it.

      I have encountered a very rude teller here. We respect your rules and policy but you don’t need to be rude for you to implement it. You can explain and impose your policy with respect. No need to be told to move because you’re holding up the line without offering a remedy or solution with the transaction being made. I appreciate the bank manager for going out of his way to help.

      Came here for a notary to be done, they are super pushy with sales. Trying to get me to upgrade my credit card, and now someone is constantly calling me from there asking if I want to move my home mortgage to them.
