  I am seriously considering this bank although there are a lot of issues in the reviews. The fact of the matter is any institution who is doing it right is not going to be convenient and there will be some issues. You just have to remember why your doing it and maybe keep two accounts until the bank has updated and become more customer friendly in regards to usage. If there is a disgruntled employee let the manager know that the particular employee (who may be having a bad day) should be reassigned to a non customer service position until they feel up to the challenge of doing good solid customer service. This bank seems to be one of the good guys and they should be encouraging their employees about the positive differences they are making by working there. Stick it out, use the bank as a savings spot not a checking one until you feel they are meeting your standards. It's hard enough already to find places to spend your money ethically so work with them. Maybe not

  My experience has been awful. I should’ve taken the reviews seriously. All that diverse, climate-friendly, bank for the people narrative is nothing but a sham to cover their incompetence. I would not recommend this bank.

  Sadly, this bank (HQ, not a single branch) seems poorly run. I went with them for sentimental reasons, but they are slow to respond, outdated in terms of web interface, and overall backwards compared to other modern banks. I wish I could say the “good guys” were better, but my experience was I was made to suffer by doing the “right thing” and going with them.
