      If you ever want to experience indifferent customer service go to this branch. Incompetent and unprepared from the receptionist to the client advisors. The lack of product knowledge was jarring and the inability to provide the bare minimum of customer service would have been laughable if it wasn’t such a waste of time.

      Went there to have a foreign language document notarized, something what I did in Chase bank numerous times. The representative kept repeating over and over again that it can't be done and was not paying attention at all to my comments that it was done before (this attitude is the reason I'm writing this comment). Finally gave up and went to Chase location at Fullerton St. Everything done in 5 min. I'm not going to Upper Montlclair Chase bank any more. .

      Absolutely terrible service. Made an appointment online to meet with a banker, sitting here waiting already 20 minutes without being seen meanwhile 3 people are sitting in the back doing nothing. Save yourself the headache and visit a different branch.
