      I use to love Chase bank we thought they were one of the best customer service banks we have ever been too. Lately that has not been true. Sitting here waiting to deposit a $5 check from my mom’s estate. She pasted 3 years ago so no account is active for her. Remember this is a $5 check. We have 3 accounts with chase. Now I have to fill out a form to deposit the check. Where is are common sense today. Has it all been lost. Crazy right ?!?!

      This branch/bank is great. I was having issue after issue with a business banking account with another bank (technology, customer service, etc etc), so I decided to switch my business banking to Chase.The whole process was quick/ seamless, and the customer service was the best I’ve ever had at a bank. Paul and Dan helped me tremendously. Highly recommend.
