      I went in to the bank today and Brenda Parr was very helpful!!! She answered all my questions and didn't get frustrated when I didn't understand her response or couldn't hear through the masks and glass. She even helped me out with my son's savings account and gave me information that another bank had misinformed me on. I think this is going to be the main branch I go to from now on.

      Went in to open a checking account for my daughter. Tried to make an appointment in advance but was told not needed. When I arrived only two employees were there and I was told it would only take "a few minutes" for our action. It took 45 minutes and we were made late for another appointment. E. J. was very rude to us . Had I known how long it was going to take I would have set aside more time.
