  I happen to visit this branch on Friday. I met Bani Malhotra. My Dad wanted to open new account. She was very helpful , knowledgeable and efficient. She treats like a family. I will recommend to see her if you have any work in that branch.

  When it comes to customer service a person who is unaware of certain procedures in the bank must be well informed by the employee, Gurbani is the worst employee to inform others ,infact she herself is very misinformed about certain procedures that i, a non bank worker had to reiterate to her , a simple survivor notary signature had to be with a person on the survivor beneficiary membership sheet Gurbani tells me the person on the sheet has to be in person at the bank for a signature on the sheet, fair enough i call the member wait for their arrival upon arrival of the member to sign the sheet Gurbani flips the narrative now stating that i had to sign, now why would she tell me to bring a member in to sign the sheet when she informed me to sign the sheet after the member was in person, furthermore my employer stated the person on the sheet must be in person with their signature clearly showing she was confused by the situation, i advise you to stay away from this bank, I briefly stopped by this chase because my friend was at Shake a Paw purchasing an adorable chocolate lab. I recommend the Chase at 249 N Broadway the employees are well informed and articulate.
