  DO NOT USE ATM(s) AT THIS BRANCH!!!! CURRENTLY WAITING FOR COURT WITH THIS BRANCH. ON 02/20/2022 I TRIED TO WITHDRAW $800 FROM DRIVE THROUGH ATM, THE MACHINE GAVE ME MY CARD BACK AND SAID ‘THANKS FOR BANKING WITH CHASE’. NO MONEY CAME OUT AND MY ACCOUNT IS STILL BEING CHARGED $800, THIS WAS A SUNDAY SO THE BANK WAS CLOSED. CALLED CLAIMS DEPT OVER (25) TIMES, THEY TEMPORARILY GAVE ME A MEMO CREDIT OF THE AMOUNT AND TOOK IT BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH ALL EVIDENCE OF IT IN THE SYSTEM VANISHED. WENT TO THE BRANCH, THE GUY DEMETRI CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WAS AN ERROR IN THE SYSTEM AND THAT THEIR MANAGER APPROVED THE REFUND FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY, I WAITED THE WHOLE DAY AND NOTHING WAS CREDITED. CALL CLAIMS DEPT YET AGAIN ONLY TO HAVE THEM FIX THE ISSUE, CREDITED MY ACCOUNT OF $800 and OTHER OVERDRAFT FEES THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT AND THEY APOLOGIZED FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. EXACTLY (2) WEEKS LATER THEY AGAIN TOOK BACK THE $800 AND DENIED MY CLAIM STATING THAT THE DEPOSIT WAS ACCOUNTED FOR AND THE ATM WAS NOT OVER. THIS WHOLE TIME ALL I ASK THEM TO DO IS CHECK THE ATM AND THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERA TO SEE IF I INDEED GOT MONEY, THEY SAID THEY ONLY CHECK THE CAMERAS IF SOMEONE ELSE WAS TRYING TO USE MY ACCOUNT. SO I HAD TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST THEM AND I’LL BE SEEING THEM IN COURT THIS MAY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!!!!!! ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!

  I am extremely disappointed by the customer service of the guy name Dimirti who didn't do my piece of work purposely because he was in pantry when his colleague called him when I asked him to open sole proprietors business account for me which can be open with ssc,government ID, and green card but he was like you need this paper that paper in short he was not in mood to work so he refused it then I had to rush to another branch because it was almost closing time and the other branch open an account for me but he didn't which is really bad and unprofessional behavior .
