      We worked with Breanne S on a potential mortgage, and have only positive things to say about the experience. Breanne took extra time to make sure that we understood Chase' process and procedures, processed our application extremely quickly, provided multiple pre-approval letters, and followed up regularly and personally via email and phone to see what we needed. We didn't end up with a mortgage from Chase (this market!), but the application experience was so positive that we wanted to share and provide this review. Thanks Breanne!

      This is a large full sized Chase branch. I walked in this past week around 11am to open an account. I was told by the Manager, who appeared to be doing nothing, that there wasn’t anyone who was able to open an account. Not impressed!

      The WORST customer service experience I’ve had in years. They made me feel like I was a criminal even though I showed ID and have my mortgage with them which they verified. DON’T bank here.
