  I can only speak to the quality of the Cedar Lake Road branch, but I have been very impressed with the Private Bank team that's setup shop. I never really gave much thought to having a 'neighborhood bank', but this has become my primary branch due to the great location and that I'm rarely (if ever) waiting in the line for more than a couple minutes. Even then, they have a person who greets you when you come in and helps prep you for when you get to the front. They have an ATM outside that is accessible even when the branch is closed. I'm not sure if that's newer tech, but it works well and you can even deposit checks. They also have access to a bunch of other Chase products that I've been looking and I've never felt 'sold to' when I'm in the branch.

  Difficult to reach an actual person at this bank. Their branch phone number goes through a digital answering service. Must keep pressing zero to connect to an actual person at this branch location. I recommend making an appointment. Also, beware of account fees. I will most likely go elsewhere for my banking services.

  Beware! Most bank lobbies are closed on the weekend, with their atm’s too. Ones that aren’t locked up look like this. Also, banker was 0 for 3 on specific interview ?’s I asked before joining. Extreme ignorance or lying?
