      I'm giving one star only because Google is forcing me to. Chase deserves zero stars! My son visited the Alliance, Ohio branch to open his first business checking account today (Sept. 25th, 2020) and was horribly mistreated! They talked down to him like he was a child (he's 23). They were condescending and rude and he walked out feeling angry and confused and without a business checking account. He decided to go to the bank where is personal account is held and they answered his questions and had him setup with a new business account in just minutes. Just goes to show the difference between good companies and employees and terrible ones. You should never walk out of a business feeling the way my son was made to feel today! Chase definitely needs to DO BETTER!!
