  I was visiting from out of town and worked with Corrine on a transaction. She was very helpful and provided excellent customer service during my visit to this branch. Thank you Corrine for the excellent support you provided!!

  I called and tried to verify a check, I didn't want any information just if the check is good. The manager said she can't help me with that, they don't provide this information. I mean it's just a yes the check is valid or no the check is not, it's for the benefit of their customer what about if it was a fraudulent check. Chase is getting worse and worse. I am sure the manager easily could have helped just didn't want to. What ever happened to providing great customer service and finding ways to say yes and helping.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went there on a Saturday, the women that took care of us had no type of knowledge on anything business account related. She almost opened it with a SS # instead of an EIN. Couldn’t answer our questions about the fees for quick accept, I had to correct her with information I found online as I was speaking to her. She said somebody would contact us to sell us the card slider on Monday. We decided to call customer service on Friday and they informed us they don’t contact us. The women was suppose to order it when we opened the business account. Our cards don’t have the business name nor did she give us the option. As a customer you want a professional to knowledge you with information and make you feel comfortable to make sure you’re making the right choice. It wasn’t that type of experience and I wouldn’t go back to this branch.
