      Horrible customer service!! I went in to cash a check that CHASE issued, the worker Amanda was immediately rude and had the worst demeanor. Not to mention she refused to cash the cash and LIED about the payer stipulating it had to be cashed at my bank. Wouldn't recommend this branch

      Local Staff is really friendly and helpful. I wired $ to my wife’s account. Deducted from my account same day as always. 10 days later no $ received at my wife’s account. I spent nearly 10 hours on the phone with different department and all what I have been told Chase did their job. Money gone. I suggest everybody to close the account in this institution as they provide very little safety.
