      I've banked with Chase for more than a decade, but when I moved to Ojai the agent was friendly from the start. Today I had the pleasure of working with him to report credit card fraud, he was compassionate and caring. He even took the time to retrieve all my recurring charges so I can change the information when the card arrives. He even asked and confirmed that the Fraud representative to expedite the delivery. Great people at Chase in Ojai!

      One star for RHONDA. Super rude, belittling, makes you feel stupid. Not a nice person. Won’t let you get a word in edgewise, won’t listen to valid concerns. Edit to add: I’ve been a Chase customer for 18 years, back from when it was Washington Mutual. No more.

      I’ve been banking here for a long time. The tellers have always been friendly and helpful. Even with the atm at the sidewalk I prefer to go inside to have the smile and personal assistance I always get. The banker helped me through my sister’s passing and what had to be done with her business affairs. I was the executor of her will. When another relative needed help with legal documents, the staff was so helpful my relative was impressed. She had not experienced that at her bank (not Chase) in a county south of us.
